C.H.E.E.R.! for Appreciation

Looking for an end-of-the-year appreciation idea? Consider making a donation to the Canton Education Foundation in honor of a teacher, school bus driver, custodian, nurse, secretary, librarian, administrator, room parent or school volunteer.  Called, “Celebrate and Honor Exceptional EducatoRs,” the foundation’s new C.H.E.E.R! program honors those who give to the school community.

Whether you want to say “thank you” to a particular teacher, school staff member or another friend of education, the C.H.E.E.R! program offers you a way to recognize people who have made a difference in your child’s or students’ life.

When you make a donation to C.H.E.E.R.!, the Canton Education Foundation sends a specially designed certificate to the honoree with the donor’s name included. The minimum donation is $10 per honoree, but no mention of the donation amount is made to your honoree(s). All proceeds will benefit the Canton community through grants that fund innovative and creative educational programs in the schools and throughout the community. Flyers will be handed out at the Panera Bread fundraiser on June 18 or you can print one through the Canton Education Foundation website at www.cantoneducationfoundation.org
